What We Will Cover
This presentation and training will explore the effects of prenatal drug and alcohol exposure to infants and children. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain experience and 1st hand knowledge on a topic that can affect all Resource Families and Care Providers. Our mission is for you to walk away with enough information and insight to be able to care for these children with the utmost confidence.
Who Is Presenting?
Presenting will be Wendy Homan who is a foster mother, adoptive mother and nurse who has over 20 years of hands-on experience with prenatally exposed infants and children.

We meet at the Mission Church in Ventura at 2875 Elba St, Ventura, CA 93003 It's easy to exit the 101 at Johnson Drive and head to the old theater across from Toys R Us

Child care will be provided for free for those attending who RSVP by contacting Channel Islands Social Services at 805.384.0983. Space is limited and will be provided first to those that RSVP in advance. At the door only if space is available.
